Right, here we go. There are 3 weeks until my exams are over, and 4 weeks until prom. 2 months until I go to Spain. I’m currently 10 kilos up since November or 2011 and 1 dress size.

I’m not that fussed about weight anymore though because obsessing about that got me nowhere except to an eating disorder and myriad of health complications [see no periods for 2 years, terrible skin, anemia and hypoglycemic attacks etc etc]. My main goal is to tone up (especially my stomach and back fat) as well as lose a bit of thigh fat.

 NB: This is not a diet. This is a new way of living; a healthy way of living.  

This is going to be my log of food, exercise, measurements and how I’m feeling about my body until I’m more comfortable with myself and I don’t feel the need to eat my feelings.
